Refund Policy

This is the refund policy for the AI Masterclass, operated by vDesktop, LLC. It’s part of our Terms of Service.
The short version
If the course isn’t right for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it.
Member (subscription)
- New subscriptions: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we’ll refund that first payment in full and close the subscription.
- Renewals: we don’t refund a renewal once it’s charged, because you’ve had the course all along — but you can cancel anytime to stop the next one, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Canceling is self-service through the Stripe customer portal, and takes effect at the end of your current period.
Lifetime (one-time)
- If you ask within 14 days of buying Lifetime, we’ll refund it in full.
- After that window, a Lifetime purchase is non-refundable, since it’s a one-time purchase of ongoing access.
1:1 calls
A 1:1 call is a paid service booked at $100/hour. If you cancel at least 24 hours before a booked call, we’ll refund it. Once a call has taken place, it’s non-refundable. If you miss a booked call without rescheduling, the time is treated as used.
Free
Nothing to refund — the Free plan costs nothing.
When a refund may be reduced or declined
A refund may be reduced or declined if:
- you’re outside the refund window;
- we see evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-refund cycles, or buying to copy and redistribute the materials.
We don’t withhold refunds for simply having viewed the lessons within the window. The window is there so you can genuinely try the course.
Affiliate referrals and refunds
If a purchase you referred as an affiliate is refunded, the affiliate commission for that sale is reversed — and if it was already paid, we may recover it. This is why a referral only qualifies for payout once the 14-day refund window has passed.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@vdesktop.com from the address on your account. Tell us which plan you bought and when. We’ll process an approved refund to your original payment method, usually within 7–10 business days; how fast it appears depends on your bank and on Stripe. A refund returns what you actually paid, including any tax that was added at checkout, which we refund with it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law gives you a longer or stronger refund right than this policy, that law wins.
