Appointment Setter
Stands in for
The assistant who would chase replies, offer times and keep your calendar from double-booking.
What it does
Getting someone booked eats a dozen small messages: offering times, waiting, re-offering when they go quiet. The Appointment Setter handles the words. When a lead or client needs a call, it drafts the reply that offers your real open times and a booking link, in your voice. When someone does not answer, it drafts the polite nudge at the right interval.
It also protects the calendar you have. It watches for double-bookings, back-to-back calls with no breathing room, and meetings missing a location or link, and it flags each one before it bites. In Prepare Only mode every message waits for you to send. Later you can let it send routine confirmations and reminders on its own.
Its routines
Each weekday
- Booking reply drafts Drafts replies that offer your open times and a link, for each person who needs a call.
- Nudge drafts Drafts timed nudges for people who asked for a call and then went quiet.
- Calendar guard Flags double-bookings, missing links and calls with no gap between them.
- Confirmation and reminder drafts Prepares the day-before confirmation and reminder for each booked call.
- Reschedule handling Drafts a new set of times when someone needs to move a call.
Once a week
- Week-ahead view Sends a plain list of next week’s calls and anything that needs prep.
Once a month
- No-show review Looks at who did not show and suggests what would cut it down.
What it drafts for you
- Booking, reminder and reschedule replies in your voice
- A daily note of calls that need a nudge or are missing details
- A week-ahead view of your calendar
What it won’t do
It never…
- Send a message or confirm a booking without your okay
- Accept, cancel or move a meeting on its own
- Share your calendar or contacts with anyone
Its first week
- Day 1: you connect your calendar and booking link and set your real availability rules.
- Days 2 to 3: it drafts booking and reminder replies and you edit and send them.
- Day 4: it runs its first calendar guard and flags conflicts.
- End of week: you decide if confirmations and reminders can send in Supervised mode.
Good for
- Consultants and coaches who sell by call
- Clinics, salons and studios that book appointments
- Sales teams that live and die by the calendar
