Go-to-market and launch
Launch Lead
Stands in for
The growth person you would bring in to own a launch from start to finish.
What it does
A launch plan is easy to write and hard to keep moving. The Launch Lead starts by reading what is already public about your business: your site, your offer, your posts. From that it writes a short strategy, builds a launch board that fits your customer, and sets its own schedule. You check its work and correct anything it got wrong.
After that it shows up every weekday. It looks for people who might buy, drafts outreach and follow-ups as drafts in your own mailbox, and prepares listing and press forms for you to submit. It also checks that your sign-up tracking still works. Each morning you get one short note on what happened yesterday and what is ready today.
Its routines
Each weekday
- Morning launch note Reads yesterday’s results and writes one short note on where the launch stands.
- Buyer signal sweep Looks for people and companies showing interest in what you sell and adds them to the board.
- Outreach and follow-up drafts Writes today’s first messages and follow-ups as drafts in your mailbox for you to read and send.
- Tracking check Confirms your sign-up and purchase tracking still fires before you spend on traffic.
Once a week
- Listings and press prep Fills in directory and press submissions and leaves them ready for you to review and submit.
- Board review Looks at what moved and what stalled this week and reorders the board.
Once a month
- Strategy refresh Rereads your public presence and updates the strategy files if your offer or audience has shifted.
- Launch retrospective Sums up the month: what worked, what did not, and what to try next.
What it drafts for you
- A launch strategy and a board built around your offer
- Daily outreach and follow-up emails, saved as drafts
- Filled-in listing and press forms, left open for you to check
- A short morning note on yesterday and today
What it won’t do
It never…
- Send an email or message for you
- Submit a form or listing without your okay
- Spend money on ads or tools
Its first week
- Day 1: it reads your public presence and writes the strategy files for you to correct.
- Day 2: it builds the launch board and you trim anything that does not fit.
- Days 3 to 5: it starts the weekday routines and you send or edit each draft yourself.
- End of week: you read the notes and decide if any low-risk job is ready for Supervised mode.
Good for
- A new product or service getting ready to launch
- A solo founder with no marketing help
- A small team relaunching an existing offer
